* Knitting & Manufacture
Chaoyu manufactures in-house over 10 tons of knitted products per day. This allows us to control lead times and quality, and better react to market demands and quick turns. Our vertically integrated manufacturing process helps us to better monitor quality and exceed customer quality expectations.
* Quality Control & Inspection
The Quality Control team consist of more than 30 cross-trained individuals who perform product inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Our proactive approach detects quality issues early in the process to avoid manufacturing and shipping delays.
* Finishing / Cut & Sew
With over 50,000 square feet devoted to cut and sew, and hundreds of machines, our skilled workforce can produce large volumes of sewn goods each day. This clean and secure location also is the final inspection and packaging area.
* Fulfillment & Export
Chaoyu warehouse covers nearly 150,000 square feet. We can handle any size project and pack-out containers for global distribution. Our export license allows us to ship globally, and we can manage all aspects of the export process. Our logistics expertise will not only reduce your shipping costs, but also reduce customer dissatisfaction associated with unreliable shipping services.
